ABOUT THE BEANS:
El Jardin is located on the steep slopes of the southern Andes Mountain range in Acevedo.
The rich volcanic soil and cool temperatures produce coffees of exceptional quality. Marcos Diaz has 10 hectares planted with Castillo, Caturra, Tabi and Colombia varieties.
The coffee is hand selected, immediately pulped and allowed to ferment in water fro a period of 24 hours, then placed on raised beds to dry for 20 days.
