ABOUT THE BEANS:

Jon's farm is located in Guacacallo Huila.

He has a total of 10 hectares and cultivates a variety of coffees, including SL28, Gesha, Ajl and yellow bourbon,

What's sets Jon's coffee apart is his attention to detail. Only the ripest coffees are picked and then floated in water to remove any lower density cherries, followed by hand selection to ensure no defects are present. Coffee is then pulped and allow to ferment for a period of 48 hours before being placed in raised beds to dry.
