This is our second offering from the famous Yirgacheffe region for 2018. The Torea washing station was founded in 1997 and has since gained its organic certification. It supports 500 small holder producers who benefit greatly from the nutrient rich red clay soil.

Producers deliver directly to the washing station door, and the cherry is simply sorted and left on African raised beds to dry for 8-15 days as per the natural processing method. We love this coffee for its incredible complexity and cleanliness in the cup. It makes a ripper espresso or plunger.
