Nothing is as unique as an espresso on a great washed Yirgacheffe, and that is exactly what we have here. This lot, from Chelchele washing station, is as clean and juicy as you will find. It was grown super high, between 2000-2300 metres.

We have roasted this one hard over first crack and are seeing a syrupy body that has a lovely jasmine aroma with heaps of apricot notes in the cup. Theres crisp tartness at the end that just completes it.
