Harvested between November - January 2018/19, it’s as fresh as we can get it! It’s super sweet and balanced, in milk it reminds the roastery gang of a strawberry milkshake from our childhood.

This coffee is unique for its processing and variety combined. The Kaffa Bourbon varietal was developed in East Africa as a disease resistant cultivar and is not to be confused with the Latin American Bourbon variety.
