Waykan is producer group based in the famed Huehuetenango region. These producers contribute their smallholding output and lots are built based on cup score. This program is based on the concept of a “true to place” style of coffee- those that really speak to a particular characteristic of a region.

All this to say- Waykan is a classic Huehue. Nice bright, crisp acidity, underpinned by chocolatey notes and nuts, even a touch of maple syrup. Delightful as an espresso, but sings its own song in milk.
